Oliver Radley-Gardner QC assisted Fenner Moeran QC for the Appellants in Wynne-Finch v Natural Resources Body for Wales [2021] EWCA Civ 1473, a case about whether minerals had been severed from the property of the surface owner, and whether, if so, the surface owner had adversely possessed the mineral stratum by means of works affecting part of the stratum.
