Lateral Recruitment
We have a number of members who have joined us from established practices elsewhere, and we welcome applications at all levels of seniority from those who have a strong property-related practice.
We appreciate that such a move can be a daunting prospect, and we aim to make the process as easy and informal as possible. We encourage any practitioners who are interested in applying to join Falcon Chambers to contact our Chambers Director, Edith Robertson (e.robertson@falcon-chambers.com) in the first instance for a discussion. Should the matter proceed further, the member of Chambers designated from time to time to administer lateral applications will discuss with you what the process will involve (which is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Lateral Recruitment Protocol), including timescales for dealing with the application and what references we might require.
We aim to deal with lateral applications as quickly as possible and in the strictest confidence. Any financial information provided will ordinarily be seen only by the member designated to administer the process, the Heads of Chambers and the Chambers Director.
