Triathlon Homes LLP v Stratford Village Development Partnership & Others [2024] UKFTT 26 (PC)
This decision given on 19 January 2024, is the first major case on remediation contribution orders under section 124 of the Building Safety Act 2022. The FtT (the President of the Lands Chamber, Edwin Johnson J, and the Deputy President, Martin Rodger KC, sitting as First-tier Tribunal judges) considered a number of common arguments about the extent of the jurisdiction and the just and equitable test.
