Three Members of Falcon Chambers feature in The Lawyer’s Top 10 Appeals of 2022
Wayne Clark, Kester Lees and Fern Schofield are instructed in an appeal featured in the “Top 10 Appeals of 2022” list published by The Lawyer earlier today.
The OnTower v AP Wireless ll appeal to the Supreme Court is listed with two other particularly important appeals. First, the long awaited appeal in the leading case under the Code of CTIL v Compton Beauchamp and second, and no less important, the decision of CTIL v Ashloch and APW, which dealt with the interaction of the Code and the 1954 Act. These will be heard between 1st and 3rd February.
James Tipler appears for Cornerstone in both appeals, Oliver Radley-Gardner QC and Tricia Hemans appear for Cornerstone in the Ashloch appeal, with Wayne Clark and Fern Schofield for the intervener and the respondent respectively. Kester Lees appears for the appellant, OnTower UK in On Tower UK v AP Wireless ll UK.
