In this agricultural appeal, the Court of Appeal considered the principles which apply to the interpretation of a landlord’s right of entry in a lease, and a landlord’s reserved rights more generally. Stephen Jourdan QC and Gavin Bennison, instructed by Peter Williams of Ebery Williams, appeared for the appellants.
