Overall Arrangements for possession claim resumption
The Master of the Rolls' working group paper on Overall Arrangements for possession claim resumption has been reissued dated 17 September 2020. The apparent difference is removal of the reference to a pilot mediation scheme. The Government has also published, along with reactivation notices, standard information to be sent to parties, including for defendants in existing claims and emphasis that the claim will not continue without a reactivation notice, and standard notices of review and substantive hearings.
