Falcon Chambers are delighted to announce that Stephanie Tozer is to be appointed Queens Counsel at a ceremony on 11th March.
Stephanie Tozer was called to the Bar in 1996, as the top student in Lincoln’s Inn on the Bar Vocational Course that year. She has a first class degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University (Keble College).
Stephanie has specialised in property litigation from the outset. She joined Falcon Chambers 10 years ago. She undertakes both real property and landlord and tenant litigation, and has for several years been ranked in the top band for property litigation juniors by all major directories.
She has recently co-authored ‘Mortgage Receivership: Law and Practice’ and contributed to ‘The Electronic Communications Code and Property Law: Practice and Procedure’.
In addition, she sits as a part time judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Land Registration), and is an accredited mediator.
