Martin Rodger QC
Martin Rodger QC has been appointed by the Lord Chancellor to be the Deputy President of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), and will be leaving Falcon Chambers to take up his new post on 4 June 2013. Martin has been a member of Falcon Chambers throughout his professional career, having joined in 1987 when Chambers were still at 11 Kings Bench Walk.
