Loose v Lynn Shellfish Ltd and others [2018] EWHC 1959 (Ch)
High Court has handed down judgment in Loose v Lynn Shellfish, applying the principles laid down by the Supreme Court to fix the boundary of a private fishery in the Wash. Guy Fetherstonhaugh Q.C. and Philip Sissons again represented the fishermen who succeeded in limiting the seaward expansion of the fishery.
