Falcon Chambers is the leading set for Property Litigation in the Legal 500 for 2015, with Nicholas Dowding QC recognised as the top silk. The overview states as follows:
Falcon Chambers is ‘the pre-eminent set for property litigation’, which ‘places more emphasis on this area than any other chambers’. ‘There is little need to go anywhere else on a property matter’ as there is a raft of ‘star silks’ and ‘a good collection of strong juniors’. Clients receive ‘a helpful service from the clerks, who are good at returning calls and managing diaries’. Senior clerk Steven Francis is ‘extremely approachable and tuned in to the needs of clients’. He also ‘takes the trouble to get to know solicitors, allowing for a smooth working relationship’.
