Jonathan Karas QC
The Members of Falcon Chambers are delighted to announce that Jonathan Karas QC has accepted an invitation to join them. He will be joining Chambers on 11th February 2013. Jonathan was called in 1986 and took silk in 2006. His practice embraces all aspects of land law. He has acted in numerous leading cases. His work extends from litigation and advice concerning leases, transfers, development agreements and rights over land to the law of planning and compulsory purchase, highways and waterways, manorial rights, commons and greens.
