Interim injunction to restrain trespass
Greville Healey acted for the successful applicants for an interim injunction to restrain trespass. The applicants are the owners of land on which they hunt, and the respondents were both named and unknown hunt saboteurs. Orders were made restraining the saboteurs from trespassing on the hunt’s land, first by Charles Bourne QC sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge, and then by Mr Justice Freedman at the return date, until trial or further order.
