Grant of permission to appeal to Supreme Court
On 18th December 2009 the Supreme Court granted Bocardo SA permission to appeal from the decision of the Court of Appeal in Bocardo SA v Star Energy UK Onshore Ltd [2009] 3 WLR 1010. Jonathan Gaunt QC and Edward Peters represented Bocardo at first instance and in the CA and settled the Petition.
