Four members of chambers recognised in latest edition of Who’s Who Legal UK Bar Guide
The Who’s Who Legal’s 2019 UK Bar Guide was launched this month and Falcon Chambers are delighted to have 10 silks and 13 Juniors recognised for their work in the Real Estate field. Four members of chambers have been listed as most highly regarded Silks and Juniors in real estate.
Guy Fetherstonhaugh QC is one of the most foremost real estate silks at the Bar. He is "very highly regarded for his excellent work in development agreements, rent review and restrictive covenants".
Janet Bignell QC is praised for being "extremely analytical" and stands out for her in-depth knowledge of various matters within the field, including landlord and tenant disputes.
Oliver Radley Gardner is an expert in real estate matters such as easements, enfranchisement, and breach of covenant. Peers "rate him very highly" and praised him for being "extremely commercially minded".
Wayne Clark is an "excellent property junior" with "great all-round knowledge" of the field. He has particular expertise in mortgages, landlord and tenant issues and receivership matters.
