Falcon Chambers features four times in Estates Gazette’s Top 10 Property Cases of 2021
The Estate Gazette's wrap-up of the year's top property cases is now out in podcast form, four of the Top 10 cases feature five barristers from Falcon Chambers.
Taking joint 9th position is the WH Smith v Real Investmentgesellshaft case, Greville Healey acted for the successful tenant and the Poundland v Toplain case, Cecily Crampin acted for the successful Landlord.
Awarded joint 5th spot is the Bank of New York Mellon (International) Ltd and v Cine-UK Ltd and others, Guy Fetherstonhaugh QC and Elizabeth Fitzgerald acted for the successful landlords and Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft mbH v TFS Stores Limited, Gary Cowen QC acted for the successful landlord.
