Excising material from an Expert Report (WH Smith Retail Holdings v Fort Properties)
An interim application to remove material from an expert’s report in a 1954 Act case on the grounds that it contained inadmissible confidential information and that the expert had strayed into making legal submissions was unsuccessful.
