Barnsley’s Land Options
Barnsley's Land Options (5th edition) The new edition of Barnsley's Land Options, written by Martin Dray and Adam Rosenthal of Falcon Chambers, has just been published (April 2009) by Thomson Reuters. "There is no other text to rival Barnsley in its treatment of land options. This fourth edition maintains the accuracy and authority of previous editions and unquestionably adds value in a number of respects" ([2005] 69 Conv. 581, reviewing the authors' previous edition).
