Daniel Black has joined Falcon Chambers

Falcon Chambers is delighted to announce that Daniel Black has joined Chambers on 20th June 2022.

Daniel is 2015 call and practises across a wide range of property law, primarily focussing on commercial landlord and tenant disputes. In addition, he acts and advises on forfeiture and possession disputes and has experience of injunctive relief.

Daniel has experience in a wide range of property litigation matters, including acting and advising in disputes concerned with mortgages, alleged breaches of leases, covenants and easements, advising on estoppel, including waiver. He appeared in the Supreme Court as junior counsel in Pakistan International Airline Corporation v Times Travel (UK) Ltd, a leading case on illegitimate pressure and duress. He also brings public law and inquiry experience, as well as experience of dispute resolution in the Caribbean.
