124th update - Practice Direction Amendments
PD 55C with its regime for reactivation notices when the possession stay is lifted now applies from 20 September 2020 to 28 March 2021, with new claims, within the definitions, those issued on or after 19 September. It appears that claims brought on or after 3 August are still to be treated as if new, not stayed, claims. The 124th PD update making the date changes is in the below document.
