The Registration Gap: common problems and solutions - zoominar

Falcon Chambers is hosting five zoominars in our latest 'Property Pointers' series, covering various aspects of property law. These will be presented by junior counsel and aimed particularly at solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE, they would also be useful to surveyors and other professionals working in the property industry.

Each seminar will last for 45 minutes. There will be 15 minutes for questions at the end.

In this fifth instalment of the series Daniel Black and Gwyneth Everson will discuss the registration gap, how it arises, what problems it may cause, and they will consider potential solutions.
