Preparing and Serving Property Notices: Practical and Substantive Issues - zoominar

Falcon Chambers is hosting five zoominars in our latest 'Property Pointers' series, covering various aspects of property law. These will be presented by junior counsel and aimed particularly at solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE, they would also be useful to surveyors and other professionals working in the property industry.

Each seminar will last for 45 minutes. There will be 15 minutes for questions at the end.

In the first instalment of the series Thomas Rothwell and Ashpen Rajah will consider commonly encountered issues arising out of the service of property notices, including the requirements of a valid notice, the interpretation of notices and the requirements for proper service, as well as other common pitfalls. The focus will be on providing practitioners with a practical framework for avoiding disputes in the first place or, if they cannot be avoided, resolving them.
