Meet the authors of the Property Practitioner’s Guide to the First-tier Tribunal

Julia Petrenko, a barrister at Falcon chambers who specialises in property law and related matters, and Andrea Nicholls, a senior associate who is an expert in property litigation at law firm, Penningtons Manches Cooper, have joined forces to write this practical guide to the procedural rules that apply to cases in the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.

In this Zoominar, the authors discuss the book’s contents, why they wrote it and why it is a must-read, especially for junior property practitioners getting to grips with the First-tier Tribunal and how it works in practice. The guide is the first of its kind to cover property cases in the First-tier Tribunal.
