Manchester Property Law Seminar 2024

Please join us in Manchester on Thursday the 11th of July 2024 for a seminar on topical issues of property law.

Elizabeth Fitzgerald will chair the conference and there will be four talks:

Caroline Shea KC - Dilapidations and expert evidence: avoiding the pitfalls.  

Stephanie Tozer KC  - “Duels that ended badly”  - The session will discuss 5 important property law cases that “ended badly”: cases where justice does not seem to have been served and/or which left the law in a mess. 

Catherine Taskis KC -  The Building Safety Act 2022: off the ground?

Greville Healey - Restrictive Covenants: Grounds for modification/discharge.
