Co-ownership: Principles, Practice and Procedure - zoominar

Falcon Chambers is hosting five zoominars in our latest 'Property Pointers' series, covering various aspects of property law. These will be presented by junior counsel and aimed particularly at solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE, they would also be useful to surveyors and other professionals working in the property industry.

Each seminar will last for 45 minutes. There will be 15 minutes for questions at the end.

In the second instalment of the series Fern Schofield and Richard Miller will cover key issues in co-ownership from the beginning to the end of a dispute, including recent case law on the ascertainment of beneficial interests, occupation rent, procedural pitfalls and remedies including orders for sale.
