Bristol Property Law Seminar 2025

Falcon Chambers will be in Bristol for a seminar on topical issues of property law. 

The seminar will be chaired by Caroline Shea KC and there will be four speakers:

1. Jonathan Karas KC - Injunctions, development and blackmail.

2. Nathaniel Duckworth KC - Recent decisions in opposed 1954 Act lease renewals – things you might have missed (and might later wish you hadn’t).

3. Gavin Bennison - The boundaries of the general boundaries rule: property disputes, boundary disputes, and when/how to involve the Land Registry in settling a boundary.

4. Fern Schofield and Gwyneth Everson - CPR tips and tricks.
