Birmingham Property Law Seminar 2025

Falcon Chambers will be in Birmingham for a seminar on topical issues of property law. 

Stephanie Tozer KC will Chair the conference and there will be three talks:

• Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC and Elizabeth Fitzgerald - “Difficult Damages: A discussion of some of the difficulties that arise when assessing damages"
• Julia Petrenko and Ashpen Rajah - “Excessive use of express, implied and prescriptive easements”
• Daniel Black and Kavish Shah - "Word play: correction by construction or rectification"
