Matthew joined Falcon Chambers in the spring of 2024. His background is in hospitality management, with close to a decade of experience. He has worked in a variety of pub styles across London, mostly in Primrose Hill and Covent Garden. He was granted his personal licence in 2019. Prior to this, he has worked for over a decade as a GIS technician in the utilities industry. Matthew also studied Environment Hazards at Brunel University
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys not finishing DIY projects, a spot of homebrewing, gardening, checking out different pubs and restaurant, and spending time with friends and his loved one.
