Practice Areas
We are best known for our work in the fields of real property and landlord and tenant, and members of Chambers often deal with technical, engineering and valuation issues in those broad areas of practice.
Members of Chambers are regularly involved in arbitrations, whether as arbitrator or as counsel. In 2014 chambers pioneered a specialist property arbitration service. Members of Chambers also act as mediators, and regularly appear in mediations as counsel.
All members of Chambers are regularly instructed in all Courts, and act in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals.
Members of Chambers are often instructed to provide specialist property advice where property issues arise in the context of other cases (such as tax assessments, public law cases or principally non-property commercial disputes).
